Sondra Longbrake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a certified Guided Imagery Therapist. She enjoys writing about her passions for mental, emotional, and physical health and personal fulfillment. She practices guided imagery and mindfulness as self-care and likes to write guided imagery scripts and inspirational pieces to encourage and support emotional health and well-being for others. To further develop her natural propensity for writing, Sondra completed five Master’s level courses in Creative Writing Non-Fiction.
